Due to the Corona Virus we are taking our classes online. All the below terms and conditions below remain the same. As with all exercise programs, when using our online service you need to use common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our fitness program, online fitness videos, or information shared on our website. This includes emails, videos and text. Thanks for your understanding.
1.0 Membership Fees & Terms
There are no joining fees. There are no administration fees.
sixty five days / two months notice must be given in the event you wish to cancel your standing order or change membership plans. Cancellation forms & change of plan forms are available on request via email.
We do not offer a suspension of membership unless it's under special circumstances such as permanent sickness or injury. This will be at the complete discretion of the Balance & Pose management.
Please note that sixty five days notice is also required for all members on special offers and those wishing to change plans.
Your standing order payment should be made via a regular BACS transfer reaching the Balance & Pose account on 1st of each month:

3.0 Cooling–off Period
As the client you are legally entitled to a 48 hour cooling off period. If you change your mind within 48 hours no charges will be made against you. This period begins from when the agreement is signed.
4.0 Client Absence
If you are unable to make a class please provide at least three hours notice via your login on the Balance & Pose website.
Please note that after three no shows, you will be charged a fee of £10.00 and any up and coming appointments will be cancelled. Continual no shows will be unable to book classes online. If you believe you may not be able to attend your class we recommend that you cancel in advance as you can rebook up to the last minute if there are spaces available.
5.0 Booking System
We have in place a self service online booking system. It is therefore the responsibility of you the client to ensure that you book your classes. If you forget to book and the class is then full, we will be unable to provide you a place in the class.
6.0 Your Health
Please advise us of any medical conditions or changes to your health which may be affected by exercise.
Do not exercise beyond your ability, be aware of any warning signs in the studio and do not carry out activities that are unsuitable for you.
Please respect staff and equipment and keep things clean and tidy after use.
No shoes are allowed in the main studio, please wear gripped socks or have bare feet.
So we can support your fitness goals we encourage you to attend classes on a regular basis and partake in a variety of the classes we offer, your health is your responsibility and we are dedicated in supporting you.
7.0 Variation of Terms/Changes to Terms and Conditions of this Membership Agreement
Balance Fitt reserves the right to make reasonable changes to any of the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. You will be notified of any minor changes by way of a general notice and the date such changes will take effect from. Where appropriate, Balance & Pose will provide you with 4 weeks written notice.
Workshops are non fundable except in exceptional circumstances if 48 hours notice is given in the event you need to cancel you can refer to another workshop of your choice.
NB: When cancelling your class this must be done via the booking system if you do not cancel within the two hour slot given we kindly ask that you do NOT email us, text or send Facebook messages to cancel instead. We are unable to take this as a form of cancellation and you will still be marked as a ‘No Show’. Three no shows in a month will be charged at £10 and an invoice will be automatically sent to you.
